You agree that by taking part in this PartyCasion.com ('PartyCasino') sign up offer (the 'Promotion') you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our PartyCasino Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the "Rules").
To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
1. be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or twenty-one (21) where required;
2. have successfully completed registration at www.partypoker.com www.partycasino.com www.partygammon.com, www.partybingo.com or www.partybets.com, and deposited a minimum of twenty-five US Dollars (US$25) (the "Qualifying Deposit") and fulfilled all other relevant qualifying criteria as specified from time to time in order to open a real money account ("Player Account"); and
3. not be domiciled in any Restricted Territory as defined at the end of these Terms and Conditions.

The "Promotion Period" means from: 00:01 ET until 23:59 ET on 10 October 2007.

Qualifying Players who earn a minimum of twenty (20) PartyPoints on any of the slots games within PartyCasino.com during the Promotion Period (the "Qualifying Criteria") shall receive a sum equal to one hundred percent of the money wagered in fulfilling the Qualifying Criteria (the "Qualifying Deposit") up to a maximum of no more than one hundred United States Dollars ($100) (the 'Bonus Amount').

The Bonus Amount will automatically be added to your Player Account once a Qualifying Deposit has been made, where it will be held until you have wagered an amount that is equal to twelve (12) times the Qualifying Deposit and Bonus Amount combined (the 'Minimum Play Requirement'). Players will not be able to cash out their Bonus Amount unless and until they have satisfied the Minimum Play Requirement and further provided always that the Minimum Play Requirement must be satisfied within thirty (30) days of you making your Qualifying Deposit (the 'Release Conditions').
